Nyjel was my first serious stockdog and the joy of my life. He holds many firsts; among them the first RD, WTCH and the first Groenendael to hold the HTCH. He was the dog used to develop the AHBA HRD program. He worked sheep ranging from 3 flighty Barbadoe to 120 heavy Cotswolds in open field and arena courses, worked ducks and cattle and was the dog used in several public herding demonstrations.
